Heaven Hill Distilleries, Inc. has acquired the Mohawk domestic distilled spirits portfolio from Boisset America.  The agreement adds several important brands to Heaven Hill’s portfolio.

“The Mohawk domestic spirits business strengthens Heaven Hill’s position in several key markets with added scale and value,” said Max L.
